The GSPA offers Master’s and Doctoral degree programs. International students with undergraduate degrees can apply for the Master’s program and those with master's degrees for the Ph.D. program. There are three major fields in the master program: (1) Public Administration; (2) Public Policy; and (3) Global Public Administration, and two major fields in the Ph.D. program: (1) Public Administration and (2) Public Policy. Please check the specific requirements in each program's section. .
